Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Rnkd ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Rnkd is a sports league management app for iOS. It allows users to create round-robin leagues and Americano doubles sessions, record match scores, track standings, share results, and optionally publish live standings online. The app works offline by default and stores all data locally on your device.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Rnkd offers a free tier with limited features and an optional paid upgrade ("Rnkd Pro") that unlocks additional functionality.

• Free tier: Up to 3 leagues and 3 sessions (lifetime total), up to 12 players each, watermarked share images
• Rnkd Pro: Unlimited leagues, sessions, and players, custom colors and logos, PDF export, branded exports (no watermark), share standings online, score submissions, and advanced stats

4. In-App Purchases

Rnkd Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99/mo), annual subscription ($24.99/yr), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($59.99). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly.

6. User Conduct

You are responsible for all content you create within the app and publish via the Share Online feature, including league names, player names, and any other user-generated content. You agree not to use the app or its hosting services for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or objectionable purpose.

7. Online Hosting & Content Moderation

The Share Online feature publishes user-generated content to web pages hosted on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare). By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No guaranteed uptime. We do not guarantee the availability, speed, or reliability of hosted pages. The hosting infrastructure is provided by third parties and may experience outages, maintenance, or discontinuation beyond our control.
• Automatic expiration. Shared pages that are not updated for 14 days are automatically deleted. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from expiration.
• Right to remove content. We reserve the right to remove, disable, or restrict access to any hosted content at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to content that is abusive, illegal, contains personal information published without consent, or violates these Terms.
• No backup obligation. We do not maintain backups of hosted pages. Your device is the source of truth — the shared page can always be re-generated from local data.
• Infrastructure changes. We may change, migrate, or discontinue the hosting infrastructure at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Share Online feature.

8. Intellectual Property

The Rnkd app, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of its developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

9. Data and Privacy

Rnkd stores all data locally on your device by default and does not collect personal information. The optional "Share Online" feature (Pro only) transmits standings data to Cloudflare for public hosting. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rnkd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app or its online features will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. This includes, without limitation, the availability and performance of shared online pages and any third-party infrastructure they rely on.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, unavailability of hosted content, or interruption of online features due to infrastructure changes or third-party service disruptions.

12. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the app at any time, with or without notice. This includes changing the scope of free and Pro tiers, adjusting pricing, adding or removing features, and altering the terms of online hosting.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
